BY-O-COAT TI 650

Description

BY-O-COAT TI 650 is a next-generation bio-based hydrophilic silica, sustainably derived from rice husk and engineered for high-performance thermal insulation coatings. With a high BET surface area (500–650 m²/g) and ultra-fine particle structure, TI 650 provides exceptionally low thermal conductivity, reducing heat transfer and improving energy efficiency. Its excellent dispersibility and compatibility with waterborne coating systems ensure stable formulations without agglomeration, while its chemical stability guarantees long-term durability and environmental resistance. As a bio-based and biodegradable additive, TI 650 supports the development of safer, eco-friendly coatings for industrial and architectural applications.
